We are a diverse, international group of marine biologists, researchers, coordinators, and ocean enthusiasts united by a single, unwavering belief: the urgent need to protect and conserve our natural world.

Our team is a global family. During our conservation seasons, many of us travel to Thailand to work directly on the ground—monitoring sea turtle nests, protecting coastal ecosystems, and engaging with the local community on Koh Phra Thong. At the same time, other team members work tirelessly behind the scenes from their home countries, managing crucial logistics, coordinating bookings, and driving our international outreach.

Regardless of where we are physically located at any given time, every single person plays a vital role. Together, we bring unique skills, diverse backgrounds, and a shared passion that has kept our conservation mission thriving for 30 years.
