Dan, the 2018 Field Leader, has previously worked six years in Conservation and Ecotourism with Loggerhead turtles and Lemon Sharks in the Cape Verdean islands of Sal and Boa Vista.
When leading a tour group through South-East-Asia in 2016, Dan realised the massive amount of work to be done on the Thai islands, particularly in reducing the tonnes of plastic waste which wash up every year.
Joining the Naucrates team, Dan will be responsible for the day-to-day running of volunteer activites on Ko Phra Thong island.
